Your support makes our good work possible!

Dear friends,

WREN is a 501c3 nonprofit, and your support helps us further our mission of supporting better lives and livelihoods in the North Country.

We are proud of what we’ve accomplished in 2024:

  • Our Drawing Outside the Lines workshop series and corresponding Gallery exhibit featured 8 local and regional artists as instructors and exhibitors, and drew over 75 attendees

  • Our Small Biz Empowerment Summit, offered in partnership with the NH Small Business Administration, provided entrepreneurial resources to 50 local and regional business owners

  • Our partnership with the White Mountain School provided their Advanced Art seniors the experience of designing and hanging their own gallery show, and provided a diverse group of workshop instructors and a beautiful setting for our Wings winter workshop series. The Wings program provides enriching and empowering creative activities for North Country youth.

We accomplished it all while providing market access to over 120 local and regional artists and makers via our Store and Gallery, offering entrepreneurial support to our Community Development Block Grant recipients, and hosting eight Gallery shows!

We need your support to help us continue our good work! In 2025, we’re looking forward to:

  • Completing Store and Gallery renovations with grant funds from the Northern Border Regional Commission: our improved Gallery space will make it possible to improve the quality and variety of our exhibitions, and will increase our capacity to host classes and workshops

  • Collaborating with our community partners to offer a more robust slate of entrepreneurial programming

  • Collaborating on a variety of creative arts programming for Wings kids and adults alike

…all while hosting gallery shows, artist talks, and participating in community events like Summerfest and Christmas in Bethlehem. Your support makes our good work possible, and helps increase our capacity to offer creative, cultural, and entrepreneurial opportunities to our North Country community (and beyond). Thank you!

Warmly,

Julia B. Webb, Executive Director, and Julie A. Weisman, President, Board of Directors
